Pre and post sugar values
I'm 34 and I had diabetes hba1c - 6.5 with weight 130 . With regular exercise and diet my hba1c - 5.7 with 87 weight. Now, i control it with my diet and medicines have stopped. Please help me with values of sugar levels as I get confused. Post meal my sugar levels are 110- 118 and i feel dizzy and sleepy. But dietician says these are normal value. Pls help me with values and why do I feel dizzy if these values are normal

Fasting 90-100 , +\- 10mg PP 110-140 mg, +\-10 mg These are normal values

These values are normal. Regarding dizziness kindly monitor your blood pressure. Drink good amount of water Take electral powder if it's low

Feeling dizzy after meal can be due to high carbs in the diet or some liver problem. Kindly consult with all your reports.
