im 6 weeks of pragnent test kit shows positive test i have 2 childrens. last week i have take abortion pills started a bleeding litely some blood clots 2or 3(2 medium like one small) is coming slowly my bleeding is decreasing 5days after suddenly 2 days after small bleeding is coming and then stop completly.but after i tested pragenency kit using urine test it shows positve lite shadow will observe...is it complted abortion or not but bleeding time there is no pain no vomtings

Pregnancy kit shows positive till 2 weeks after abortion better process is completed or not get done ultrasonography .If still products are there consult to gynecologist for further information.
