PPSV 23 is pneumococcal vaccine
If her vaccination records at 6weeks,14weeks and 9months states that she received PCV 13
No necessity for PPSV23.
Meningococcal vaccine is an optional vaccine to endemic areas-taking it depends on which place you are travelling to.
