Powdered dandruff
Hello iam 23 years old im on ayurvedic medicnes for sinus prblms and im seeing that i have a very dry scalp scalp is full of powdered dandruff and hair is too dry .. its really itching alot and irritating all dandruff are on my face and shoulders .. i have to shampoo evry alternate days cos that cleans my scalp and i get a relief but again the next day full of dandruff and itchiness starts im totally irritated please suggest what to do and y its happening like this
