Pounding heart. i dont think its anxiety
Im been feeling pulse in my chest and neck. recently im detect hypothyroidism tsh is 73. taking 50mg thyroxine and indernal 40. still feeling pulse in heart (its like pounding) also in neck. now it occurs when im lying on bed. what it can be. i have tested ECG, echo. heart seems fine.

There are numerous causes for palpitations ( awareness of ones own heart beat) . U have done ur cardiac evaluation and it’s normal so u don’t need to worry. It can due to ur thyroid problem also. Should settle down once ur tsh comes in normal range
