In newborns up to 6 months, this is normally observed, nothing to worry, whenever required you can give glycerine suppository for immediate relief.Continue exclusive breast feeding, don't give water or any other thing.IF problem is persistent and any difficulty in feeding or vomiting then consult pediatrician once.
