Potty issue
Hello docs
My 21 days old daughter does potty in 2 days, exclusive breastfeed . The issue is we always have to little bit open her anal opening for stools to pass. And potty is little constipated and smelly.
I am having constipation after delivery. Is it the reason for baby constipated potty? What should i eat so that baby pass stool easily ?

Greetings it's normal the child putting pressure to pass stool.
Kindly drink lots of water, add vegetables and fruits
