Recovery is possible after pott's paraplegia. It can take upto 18 months to recover. After that recovery will continue but will be slow. Present of sensation is also a positive sign. Physiotherapy will definitely help him to regain his strength through different activities like different movements, may need some orthotics like Hip Knee Ankle Foot Orthosis (HKAFO) will help him in standing this you can discuss with your therapist. An O frame is another device which will help him Also bladder training if that is affected.
Next Steps
Find a good therapist around your area and start with Physiotherapy if you haven't started yet.
Health Tips
Be patient these conditions take quite a long time to recover.
