Potential miscarriage or implant issues
Temperature, vaginal bleeding (first time since having implant 1 year ago), abdominal pain, diarrhoea, dizziness, heart palpitations and heartbeat irregularities.
I've had negative pregnancy tests but could I be miscarrying (had 4 in past and feels similar) or have a vaginal infection?
