Vaginal bleeding
Hello Doctor,
My wife is 6 month pregnant, and today she spotted blood , is this miscarriage or menstural? Or is it implantation bleeding? Don't know what to do? She has just taken folmate. What should I do?

Any bleeding in Pregnancy must be taken seriously. However most often it does not affect the mother and baby. Still we need to do Ultrasound scan to see the baby and the placenta.
