Postpartum query
I had a normal delivery on 19.04.2020. In the past 1-2 weeks I'm having lower abdomen pain when i cough, sneeze or wake up straight instead of turning and getting up from bed. I am breastfeeding and since 2 days have noticed spotting. Please guide

One needs to get up after turning around. It may be the start of your periods hence the pain and spotting If doesnt subside then get a usg done. To strengthen your muscle start exercising
