Good afternoon Dr
Its been 34 days since my normal delivery.. My Dr prescribed Vit d3 60000iu weekly onve for 3 months during my last review.. Health workers in our community health centre provided iron and calcium tablets which i was taking during pregnancy.. My Dr told me take those tablets given by health worker if you feel when needed.. No compulsion at all.. My doubt is the calcium tablet given by community health centre have vit d3 250iu.. So along with that if i take vit d3 60000iu weekly, will it lead to toxicity??
