Postinflammatory hyperpigmentation

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I was having post inflammatory hyperpigmentation around my mouth,,,For this problem I used hydroquinone cream around dat area . Still it didn't subside and in addition it made my skintone uneven....How can I get rid of this??
