Asked for Female, 24 Years

I am 36th week pregnancy. Based on ultrasound my placenta fundus&body. Posterior wall of uterus grade 3 maturity and baby in cephalic presentation. What does it means? Please help me. Thank you

Relax It just means placenta in right position, n maturing
