Hello Pls I have a posterior myoma measuring 19*20mm what is its implication. What do I have to do

What r ur complaints ? Coz 2cm myoma may stay asymptomatic also. U need to consult if u hv excess pain or bleed in periods or infertility. If none of the above symptoms then stay relaxed.
