Post surgery
Plz help me out with a video link which describes post clavicle bone fracture surgery...its almost a month now.. But not able to raise my arm more than 45 to 50 degrees.. There is no pain in the area where surgery has done.. Main issue is with the motor nerve which I feel stuck at a particular point and pain... Is this normal.. Plz note below elbow till hand with fingers movements is absolutely normal..

Sticking is normal.u should start some exercise like pendulum exercise,wall glide,shoulder range of motion exercise .after that start strengthening exercise for that u should use light weight start with 500gm.better learn exercise by physiotherapist once that will help u
