Post retinal detachment surgery
I had have retinal detachment surgery in my right eye 2 months ago and after a post operative check up doctor declared me as a fit to resume my duties. Though it was a major operation, can i get back to work outs and exercises?

Pl avoid sternuous exercises.Normal regular duties you can do.pl consult Ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.

Yes you can workout if it has been two months but it is wise to avoid strenous exercises and heavy weight lifting. Start with moderate aerobic exercises
