Post pregnancy weakness
It's been 6 months for my delivery, I am feeling so much of weakness and pain in my body, now I am not feeding my baby, and my weight is now 87 kg,  I am not able to do even my house hold chores, please suggest me a proper deit to improve my weakness and weight loss.

You need to take high fiber low fat followed by detox diet.Drink plenty of water every day.take small and frequent meals at regular intervals.avoid outside food completely.Please ask me directly for post pregnancy  personalized diet plan for you.
