I am 6 months married women age 24 years after my marriage my period date will postponed to 6 days every month is it indicate of any chance of pregnancy in future ?or not ?

It could be normal also. To rule out any abnormality please do one ultrasound pelvis and thyroid function test and send reports so that we can suggest accordingly.
