Asked for Male, 26 Years

Hello doctors, I face issues like Brain Fogg, swollen face, flu like symptoms after ejeculation. Symptoms get reduced to 30% if I take fexofenadine before 2 hours of ejeculation. But still I am suffering from this weird issue. Lot of doctors denied this condition but I know few people who are suffering this issue. Could you please suggest me something?
