Post napping disorder
I've a problem. I've noticed that when I try taking a nap, when I wake up I can't move as though paralyzed. This happens so frequently that I'm afraid to nap during daytime. What's the problem and should I be concerned?

U r too young to be sick either there is a deficiency of some element or increased levels of toxins

Check your vitals n get calcium vitamin D3 Uric acid vitamin B12 haemoglobin percentage TSH etc checked
