Post Lasik, should one "read" under bright light ( Table lamp) or a bit normal light such as the one which is for the entire room(tube light).. What would help in long term. Reading is done for around 12 hours.

you must never read under the light oh table lamp.must read in normal tube light. and you must position yourself in a way that light falls on your book from back and left.
