  4. Post LASIK. I apply water to my eyes?

It's been four and a half months since my lasik surgery. I still need to use the eyedrops(systane ultra) while studying continuously. Can I wash/rinse my eyes using water? Will it give relief? Or I need to use these drops throughout my life? How should I apply water to my eyes? I have never applied water to my eyes since surgery. Thank you
