Post jab cold like symptoms
I have my first dose of covisheild 2days before I had experience severe head and body ache with fever my fever drastically reduced I don't have a fever or that much body ache today but I have a cold like symptoms facial tenderness especially on the sinus glands and scanty nose bleeding is it normal ? Can I take citrizen to cure infection? I can't able to go hospital bcz we've complete lockdown right here.

Scanty nose bleed is not a symptom of covid vaccination. You must have scratched your nose. Take dolo 650mg  for pain and do steam inhalation thrice a day to clear the sinuses.
