The scar is it depressed or flat (only pigmentation) . the hypo pigmenting and anti oxidant that you have mentioned could offer benefit. But need the know the reason for inciting inflammation. Even creams could suffice without the need for injection. You should send me images through private online consult for a better assessment of the problem and approaching it accordingly. If the pih and scar has developed with injections or they were their before needs to be checked.
