Post infected Lscs scar with sinus.
Lscs date 14sep,2021.
On 15jan2022 wound sinus exploration was done.The scar opened sinus tracked upto the peritoneum, multiple stutures and knots removed, sinus tract excised and scooping done,excised tract wall sent for HPE.
In my biopsy report suggest granulomatous inflammation suggestive of tuberculosis.please advise
