Post Delivery Abdominal Pains
I recently gave birth with a medical condition. Pre-eclampsia. I have being having abdominal pains after my period has stopped. I had my flow after delivery for about 2weeks and a half. on my last week i noticed yellow and brownish discharge with a foul odour. The pains come and go but are mild and I recently noticed blood in my stool. I also have pelvic pains too. Often in the mornings. what could this mean?

The colour of dschqrge usuay changes. But if it is having foul smell then should visit your doc . The pains r normal
