Can you please tell me what are the post covid symptoms??. How long it will persist.. Some time i feel throat heaviness and cheat heaviness.. Feeling nervous.. weakness in my body..(20 days passed tested negative) Spo2 is 97 -98 It's common or need to worry..

whats ur age and do u have any comorbid condition . how severe is the pain. do u have a episode of sudden break in sleep and trive of air sometine in night. does this pain disturbs ur sleep. this type of pain is not typical of covid. kindly share ur symptoms to reach a conclcuion

It may persists for 2 to 4 weeks varies from person to person  dont panic, so yoga, take deep breath, do exercises you are comfortable with, eat green vegetables, fruits, balanced diet, drink loads of water. You can continue tablet zincovit one tab once daily for 30 days.
