I have recovered from Covid .. but after reading covered feel acidity upper stomach tightness when food is taken sometimes normal taking SOMPRAZ.. how many days I have to take.. I have started taking from 3 days.. lot of anxiety.. feel like shortness of breath.. but sometimes it feels normals.. is it covid anxiety.. hoew to cope up with this Gastratis and covid anxiety.. kindly help me in this regard.. shal I continue SOMORAZ for 1 month.. And also Gaviscon syrup can be taken.. for how many days kindly help me.. how to cope up with this covid anxiety..

After recovery from covid problems like abdomen fullness, heaviness, bloating and belching are common

Don't have to take it on daily basis.
You need to improve diet. Increase fluid and fibre.
Avoid non-veg /oily /spicy food.
Do not over eat till full stomach.
Have coldmilk/lassi before sleeping.
Sleep only 2 hrs after a meal.
