Post covid oxygen after stair climbing
It's been 6 ,7 weeks post COVID recovery. When I check my oxygen after climbing stairs it sometimes comes as 93,94 for 10 seconds and then improve again. Is it normal as before covid we never had an oxymeter to check. After 15 mins walk though it's always normal and 95 or above. Just a general query

You have to check the pulse ox after one complete minute. Saturation is low Initially after all sorts of exercise due to the heart rate being higher. You have to check pulse ox only after heart rate becomes normal.
