Hello caregiver....I want to ask about post covid complication in children MIS C which we saw in news...how common it is and how many days after covid symptoms appear there is lot of information about it in google which scared us...kindly enlighten us

It can be seen any time within 6wks (usually 2nd or 3rdwk) of diagnosing with covid...its quite rare but when present is dangerous..be cautious about re occurence of high fever after kid has recovered from covid,rash,red eyes,child suddenly getting dull..these should warn u of misc

Hi, as if your baby covid positive or have sever covid infection than there is chance of developing misc after 10-15 days of total illness but it is very rare,
If your baby develop swelling over body rash conjunctivitis fever more than 3 days after 10-15 days of covid confirm illness than consult immediately to pediatrician
