I was. Diagnosed with mild covid pneumomia 1 month back and. I was om steriods for 18 days. As i. Have reovered and stopped steriod.
How much it take to regain my original immunity as it has been said steriod suppresses immunity. And how much time it take for steriod withdrawl symptom to go. No disease history.. No diabetes history.

It may take 10-15 days for steroidal withdrawal symptoms and it also depend on dosage of steroids that u have taken during the course
However keep taking increased protein diet that will replenish ur body proteins help u build immunity
