I have been affected by covid 19 on 13th april now post covid i am facing with issues of cough with phelgm weakness tiredness while doing chores shortness of breathe as at few points not able to take full breathe seems lk heart is beating fast lightheaded and dizziness pain in knees neck and back and legs. Kindly suggest as i am also not join to work due to these issues as i am working with bank.

Maintain hydration at all costs. Take symptomatic treatment (ibuprofen) for aches and prophylactic Zinc and vit C tablets regularly. 30 mins of proning everyday twice and careful monitoring of SpO2 levels and temperature.
