Post covid effect
My father was having covid 19 and was admitted to hospital .and was having lung infection..after being admitted for nearly 15 days..he got discharged...and at time of discharge d diamer was 3.6 and in hospital blood thinner was given by injection..but now after 15 days of home stay d diamer rise to 4.4 and we are continuing blood thinner by tablet as prescribed...does d diamer fluctuates in post covid recovery..plz help me...thanks..and crp test and ldh test are normal..

Yes D-dimer can fluctuate. As CRP and LDH is normal. Don’t worry about it. Continue blood thinner as he is taking.
