For your immune system to come back to normal it will take four to six months, also, if you are taking steroids ( which u have mentioned ) then it will take longer for your immunity to be restored , as steroids are immunosuppressants. Hope this helps…….. Dr. Rupal Rana Arya (Senior Consultant Physician) Mumbai
Hello,
For complete recovery from COVID it might take another few weeks.
As you are young and without any prior medical issues, your recovery will be fast.
You can do your daily activities along with some breathing exercises everyday.
Building your immunity has to be done through diet and exercise.
For the complete recovery of your health after covid it will take 3 months.
Fluid intake should be very high
Healthy and balanced diet
Avoid junk food or outside items
Minimal exercise
Avoid stress and tensions
Sleep should be minimum 8 hours at night.
For complete recovery it might take 1-2 months
Yes the immunity comes back to the normal pre covid levels
But as it is a pandemic please follow all necessary precautions and protocols
