After how many days of getting recovered from covid it is advisable to travel . What care need to be taken post Covid. I was asymptomatic and Been in home isolation for 21 days from testing date.

And zinc ( 50 mg ) for atleast 1-2 months Can add on a multivitamin like - zincovit

Give it another week, if you have no symptoms then and feel well then you could while continuing the same precautions of social distancing, clean masks, washing hands, steam few times a day and continue your vitamins. Also if it is not absolutely essential travel is not advisable.
