Hello Ma'am. Very Good evening. I'm Dr.Yogesh Kr Sharma. Postcoital Pain & abrasion is a common incident. You can use 2% Lox Gel just 15 minutes before having Sex. It will smoothens the surface and intravaginal ridges caused by an erected penis. As far as infection is concerned you can have : 1. Tab. Oflox - oz,  1 tablet twice a day after Meals. 2. Tab. Foracan ( 150 mg),  x Single dose. 3. Apply ointment. FOURDERM to your groins & external lips of Vagina. Kindly don't apply ice to your private parts,  cause ice causes decreased blood supply to genital organs.  I'm 200 % sure, if you follow this regimen, you will be surely cured of this & also 2% Lox Gel, helps you to get rid of future Pain and abrasions.  Take care and have a hasty recovery. Bye.
