Post coital test
My post coital test was performed 13 hours after intercourse on day 12th of cycle. I had intercourse on day 11 night. I generally ovulate on day 14 or day 15. Doctor couldn't find any sperm in the mucous.
My husband SA is good. 90 million per ml with 90% motility and 89% morphology.
I can't afford IUI for 2-3 months and she's suggesting iui. Is this test always accurate?

The test has to be done within 2 hr of intercourse.The test was not performed right.Its not possible to not get any sperm.She should hv found dead or immotile sperms atleast.Connect with me for online consultation for details

Not always accurate but chances are more in comparison to natural method.So try with IUI.Success rate is 30-40% .But before starting this take medicine for ovulation induction then follicular study.
