Greetings. I cannot get a complete idea since you have sent photo of just one area. For now according to the photo attached i would suggest some retinoid based creams and skin lightening creams. Alsodiscuss with your dermatologist an option of chemical peels and if it doesn't work we May have to consider laser treatment for scars if there are any pits. Hpe this helps.
