Hello doc!i had a medical abortion on march 9th! It's been a month I still dint get my periods!i checked twice using prega news it shows negative.what might be the reason?what should I do?

If ur pregnancy test is negative then there is nothin to worry.. after abortion ur first few cycles might b irregular so just wait for it..
