Possible STI infection, I need clarifica

Asked for Female, 24 Years

In the past 2 weeks. Iv had sexual relations with 2 guys, with both, heavy petting and touching of genitals no penetration in vagina or anus. Without condoms. 3 days ago a large boil like lump filled wit yellow puss on my anal opening formed. Today it's less tender. Iv also had a slight sore throught for about 1 week. Do this symptoms math with any STI
