Possible miscarriage
Im about 8 weeks pregnant: I spotted very lightly a two weeks ago(maybe 5 drops total on toilet paper) , last week I noticed my symptoms stopped dramatically and I lost the "being pregnant" feeling. Today after using the restroom I noticed a few small pink tissue like pieces in the toilet and am concerned. My first OB appointment isn't until 12/26 and I am unsure what to think right now

If you were pregnant and knew how much you were, it was your responsibility to get in consultation with doctor and start folic acid as soon as possible. Even after spotting you have failed to meet a doctor. Bleeding is NOT normal in pregnancy. So even if you didn't get appointment of your "preferred" doctor, you could have visited the emergency department with bleeding or NOW after the pink tissue has been passed. ONLY a detailed examination and a ultrasound can tell you whether your pregnancy is there or NOT or if it needs help or procedure to complete the abortion process.
Next Steps
There are Many OBGYN in any city. If you prefer the ones who are "superbusy" NOT to give you appointments , you have to seek someone more available. ALL OBGYN are equal. Some may be busy some may be not, but their treatments dont differ. You have already missed two occassions to get medications, DONT miss this now and rush to the emergency department or the available gynecologist ( OBGYN ) TODAY
