Lifted 2000 pounds in 60 pd intervals at work today, had a slight pressure in the lower right abdomen that felt like it could have been just a pulled muscle. I looked up how to do a self exam and tested it both by straining and coughing: applying pressure with two fingers in the correct region I felt a slight bulge when I coughed/strained. No pain, just anxiety. Can not afford a serious health issue right now.
