Possible food poisoning
Hello, I bought a bag of beansprouts and ate almost the entire bag. After almost finishing the bag, I noticed that the bag said they must be cooked. After that I went on google and did some searching to discover they are one of the most riskiest foods to consume raw. I had no clue. Is there anything I can do to prevent food poisoning, what is the likelihood of getting sick? Worried that I will miss work because of this and started my job a few days ago :( Thank You,

Cooking kills any bacterial contamination. If you are in good health, you should be able to withstand the raw sprout, hopefully.
Next Steps
Watch out for signs of infection like vomiting or diarrhoea. Antibiotic, if needed.
