Possible early arthritis in fingers
My fingers (on both hands) have recently began clicking more, feeling stiff, and aching. I'm concerned this may be the early signs of arthritis, however as I'm only 32 and have always been in very good heath this surprises me. It started about 1 month ago at the same time as a very stressful event in my life so not sure if stress can be a trigger. Would arthritis begin in both hands at exactly the same time? I have a normal office job so no harsh/repetitive work on my hands. Should I be worried?

Yes usually arthritis occurs simultaneously in both hands. If there is stiffness associated with pain it can be an early sign
