Possibility of pregnancy

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Past 2 month I have irregular periods.Today my cycle day 47 my follicular study shows left ovary follicles 21mm,and one ovulated .endo thickness 7.3mm pod - minimal free fluid . My doctor give dydrogesterone table for 15 days to be taken at night from 16/7/21. Can I have chances to getting pregnant .
