Regarding irregular mensuration cycle
From past 2 months her mensuration cycle is irregular it comes twice in a month. Her date is 5 of every month but on 16 of every month it comes again.

Early menses problem occurs due to overeating of salty spicy diet green chilies garam masala junk food vadapav curd fermented food udada dal sprout's etc.. Correct her diet and lifestyle.. Follow period paricharya during period days avoid heavy food heavy work bathing traveling exercise during period days then problem will solve. Give her gulkanda prawal yukta khajur black kismis anjir khajur anar cow ghee butter regularly along with the diet
