Possibility of autism
I’m a 17 year old girl diagnosed with social anxiety depression and ocd. i believe i’ve been misdiagnosed or at least have an additional mental illnesses i think i have high functioning autism, i have a hard time believing that people are evil, always come back to toxic friends. i have sensory issues and get physically irritated easily like wirh certain fabrics. i have obsessive interests. i have a hard time with eye contact and i pretend i’m good at socializing but i’m really taking it

Firstly, please do not research off the internet and believe it to be true. Just because you exhibit certain traits it does not necessarily mean you have a mental "Illness". So please take a deep breath. If you have been professionally diagnosed please do follow the treatment pattern and talk to your therapist about how you feel. If you were autistic your doctors would have seen that right away.
Next Steps
I can agree that you maybe socially uncomfortable. Sometimes our personalities need a little upgrade. If we are too low on confidence or self esteem, it tends to affect our identity. We get uncomfortable in public and act "Odd". It may seem like a disorder but it doesn't necessarily need be one. In my opinion, please visit a Psychologist and enroll in personality development workshops that happen in the city or online. It will allow you to understand yourself better to make a judgement.
