I had a positive test on sat then sat night some bleeding and a little clot now it is slowing on Sunday night and there is mucus could I be miscarrying?

Yes if u are hvng bleeding after a positive pregnancy test.
Chances of miscarriage are definitely there.
So u need to tk bed rest and do an ultrasound as soon as possible .
If u bleed increasingly then rush to a nearby hospital
