Hi... i am 29 yrs old. My last period was on dec 5th and when they did scan on dec 22nd, egg was ruptured. So we tried for a baby. Jan 7th when i did home pregnancy test, i got positive and same day (18dpo) did blood check for hcg and it was 446. Can you please confirm if my hcg value is proper and i am pregnant!! I had polyps when they did scanning for ovulation monitoring and there was a endometrium polyp of 18.6mm. Does this affect badly😐.. when can i inform at home that i am pregnant..also on what day i should go to scanning to check sac or baby heartbeat!
